How do corsairs guide themselves at night ? May be you could mention if there are any lights ashore such as a lighthouse ?
Suggestion : lateen sail is an expression from the historical middle-age. Triangular shape wouldn't be sufficient ?

These characters are finely set in place.
One detail : I think complaining about her husband neglecting her, was somehow rude on behalf of Princess Eowyn, since Faramir had to attend at the host's duties. It may be heard as "my husband should not go a-hunting with you all..." !
