So poignant - it brings to life how Celebrian's torment has changed Elladan. Something tells me this particular Elleth isn't strong enough to hold the relationship together :(

Author's Response: I can only imagine how it would feel to have your mother have to leave you behind for God only knows how many years in order fo her to get well. The torment and anguish would be pretty hard to bear. And no somehow I don't think she will be able to hold it together either. She's no match for Elladn's grief and guilt. Thanks for reviewing :)

A sad little story. It shows how certain events can change people.

It's a pity that he can't accept help or do anything against his grief.

One thing I noticed: It's spelled Imladris, you tend to write Imlardris.

Author's Response: Yes - one event can turn your entire word upside down. I think Elladan feels too guilty and too proud to accept help - at least so soon. I think he'd rather just muddle through and try to make it better his own way. I didn't even notice I was doing that - how embarrassing - thanks for letting me know ad thanks for reviewing :)
