Ah, I'm intrigued now. I've also written some about the rebuilding of Middle Earth after the wars, mostly in my long epic Journey out of Darkness. Arwen does figure in that too, although she's not the principle character. I've had her founding schools and universities in it, and helping girls to get educated. I thought she'd do a heck of a lot more than just look beautiful and stitch on banners and encourage her husband along. Mostly the story is about turning Mordor into a livable nation, however.
(And yes, I'm kinda struck on Eomer myself...heheh)
Author's Response: Thanks for your review and comments, Armariel. I've always regarded Arwen as the partner of her husband's labors and no mere cypher. My Arwen shares in Aragorn's determination to bring political reforms and prosperity to the Reunited Kingdom. Even a couple of her daughters have political ambitions.
I'll be sure to read and review your "Journey out of Darkness" soon. You may want to read "Arwen's Journey" when you have time. It too is a long epic, as I mentioned in my essay. I'm hoping to post a chapter each week.
