the story to sound right or flow together. Having a little trouble with this in particular. If not, that's perfectly fine. Just wanted to throw it out there. Thanks.:)

LOL! She’s totally obsessed. Almost as much as me. Just did an hour’s drive and she was talking about Legolas the whole way :D

6yo niece is staying at the moment and we’ve been watching LOTR. Niece: why didn’t they make Legolas king? He’s much better and he’s prettier too.

This is stunning!  Their hair, their hair, their hair!  I love their hair!  It’s really well done, as is their armor and clothing.  And, weird for me to focus on this, but the night sky kept drawing my eye.  I love it because it is different them ours.  It is the way a few stars stood out so brightly, that I really liked; it struck me in this seemingly little detail how they truly were in a different world, and why should their night sky be the same are ours?

I really like this piece.  I can tell you spent a great deal of time with it, and it paid off in being a lovely piece!  Thank you for sharing this :D

Author's Response: I admit the hair is one of the easier parts, because I have more practice in it. Only Elronds acted up, it didn't fall flat. So he got unruly Noldor hair, in the end. The thing about the stars I understand. I was once so lucky have some days off in a area without any citylights nearby. On a clear night the view is stunning. Pictures from africa amaze me the most, because the stars are so bright and different from what we are used to see. Elves probably perceive them differently anyway. * has wondered about the effects of the sun, when they were born under starlight*
